***Per the manufacture - RED cased Cyclops units need to be shipped face down. The transformer is heavy and can shift inside and break the case inside. Shipping it face down lessons this from happening***
*Make sure to pack your broken unit really well to protect it during shipping. Tape a note to it with your Name, Address, Email, & Phone number.
